Individual Psychotherapy

Focused, evidence-based psychotherapy for adults across PSYPACT states

I provide individual therapy to adults seeking meaningful, lasting change in how they relate to trauma, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive symptoms. My practice is fully remote and self-pay, with limited openings to ensure each client receives focused, individualized care.

My self-pay rate is $200 per 50-minute session. I currently offer services to clients located in any PSYPACT-participating state via secure telehealth. If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. To check whether your state participates, visit www.psypact.org.​

My Approach

I specialize in therapies rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a framework that helps us understand how our thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs shape our emotional lives. My work draws heavily from evidence-based, trauma-informed models that are grounded in science and tailored to the individual. These include:​

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT helps us become more psychologically flexible — better able to tolerate distress, let go of unhelpful control strategies, and reconnect with what we deeply care about. This therapy emphasizes mindful awareness and values-guided action, helping us reclaim life from avoidance, fear, or emotional paralysis.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

CPT is a leading treatment for PTSD and trauma-related concerns. It focuses on how traumatic experiences can reshape our beliefs about safety, trust, control, and identity — and how updating those beliefs can restore clarity and self-compassion. Together, we examine stuck points and build new narratives.

Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE)

PE is another gold standard for PTSD, helping people gradually re-approach memories, places, and experiences they’ve been avoiding. By working through what feels intolerable, PE helps reduce the power that trauma memories hold over our daily lives.

Therapy is not about fixing what's broken — it’s about reconnecting with who you are, what you care about, and how you want to live. My role is to guide, challenge, and walk alongside you with deep respect and clear intention.
