Frequently Asked Questions

General
Do you offer therapy or only psychological assessment?
I offer both. I provide individual psychotherapy for adults, as well as structured psychological assessments focused on adult ADHD. All services are delivered remotely via secure telehealth platforms.
Are you accepting new clients right now?
Availability is limited and may vary. Please reach out through the contact form for current openings in therapy or to request an ADHD evaluation.

Do you accept insurance?
No. All services are self-pay. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

What states can you see clients in?
I am PSYPACT-authorized, which allows me to provide telehealth services to clients located in any PSYPACT-participating state. You can check your state’s status at www.psypact.org.

Therapy Services
What kinds of issues do you help with in therapy?
I specialize in trauma-related concerns, PTSD, anxiety, and related conditions. My approach is values-based and collaborative, grounded in evidence-based models like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE).

What is your therapy rate?
The self-pay rate is $200 per 50-minute session. I do not bill insurance directly.

Do you work with children, teens, or couples?
No. I work exclusively with adults (18+) in individual therapy. I do not provide therapy for minors or couples.

Are sessions weekly or flexible?
That depends on your goals and clinical needs. Some clients prefer weekly work, while others schedule less frequently. We’ll discuss what fits best at the start of treatment.

ADHD Assessment
What does the ADHD evaluation include?
Each ADHD evaluation includes a structured diagnostic interview, validated self-report measures of attention, executive functioning, and mood, as well as computerized attention testing using QbCheck (an FDA-cleared, remote attention performance test). You'll receive a detailed written report with diagnostic impressions and tailored recommendations.

How much does the ADHD evaluation cost?
-
Standard ADHD Evaluation: $1,200
-
Evening Appointments (after 5 PM): $1,500
-
Rush Report (3–5 business days): +$250
All fees are self-pay. I do not bill insurance directly.

Can I use the results to request medication or accommodations?
Yes. The written report can be shared with prescribing providers or used in documentation for workplace or academic accommodations. Please note that I do not prescribe medication or make accommodation decisions directly.

Is the entire assessment remote?
Yes. All components — including testing — are conducted remotely using secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. You do not need to attend an in-person session.

Do you offer ADHD testing for children or teens?
No. I provide ADHD evaluations only for adults (ages 18 and over).
