Meet Dr. Steinberg

I am a licensed clinical psychologist practicing telehealth across the States of Texas and Kansas.  I earned a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Texas, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship with the South Texas Veterans Healthcare System.

I specialize in providing evidence-based psychotherapy for PTSD/trauma-related conditions, depression, anxiety, anger/irritability, and insomnia.  I have worked with diverse populations, including U.S. Military Veterans. Therapy modalities I utilize include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
